Even after everything that’s happened, tRump is still in the White House, so we must be clear-eyed about the threat we're facing:
- tRump’s party still hopes to pull off a coup… even the ones calling for unity.
- There are a number of active and former cops, secret service and military members who have been radicalized and are sympathetic to tRump's cause.
- Some of these conflicted individuals will be responsible for defending the Capitol over the next 9 days.
- Some of these conflicted individuals might also be responsible for the safety of President-Elect Biden and VP-Elect Harris.
I really hate to have to ask this, but it must be asked, considering the unprecedented circumstances we’re in: If tRump's terrorists kill off the line of succession, along with our newly elected President & VP, what would happen next?
Who would step into the void and how?
If tRump decided to stay president past January 20th after killing off half of our government, who, specifically, would stop him?
This scenario is why leaving tRump in place is so fucking dangerous.
